Teacher Taster Days

Come and experience Essex Outdoors Danbury first-hand at our free open day for teachers.
Explore what Essex Outdoors has to offer your school children, in a free half day Teacher Taster Session.
Available across all four Essex Outdoor centres this spring/summer on various dates, including both weekdays and weekends. Find the location and time that work best for you.
See the sites for yourself. Meet the staff. Enjoy two one-hour or one two-hour activity/ies. 
There's a warm welcome waiting for you.
 
Format for the day
  • Max 20 people
  • ½ day Teacher Taster Session
  • Arrive at 9.30am for meet, greet and coffee.
  • Enjoy two, one hour(ish) activity taster sessions.
  • Or one, longer activity session.
  • Sessions will start at approx. 10am and run through until approx. midday.
  • 12.30-1pm close.
  • Schedule may vary depending on Centre.
  • Full details for the day will be emailed closer to the time.
 
Dates:
• Bradwell - Tuesday 19 April, Saturday 30th April or Saturday 7th May
• Danbury - Friday 13 May 
• Mersea - Sunday 10 July 

Please call the centre if you're booking for a weekend date and are interested in bringing your own children (aged 7+)
