High Adventure Customer Information

    • • For the High Ropes Hexagon participants must be able to reach a height of 180cms with their arms fully stretched.
      • Sessions are 90 minutes and include; 20 minutes kit up, 10 minutes instruction, 40 minutes activity, 10-15 minutes back to starting position
      • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session
      • Changing rooms and lockers are available on site
      • Participants must have attended the sessional safety briefing prior to accessing the course.
      • Appropriate clothing and footwear to be worn while accessing the course. Fixed, closed shoes MUST be worn - no sandals, flip flops etc
      • Participants will follow the safety guidance at all times while accessing the course. Failure to
      follow safety guidance may result in serious injury.
      • Under 18's may access the course only while under the supervision** of a responsible adult.
      • Hands must remain free when accessing the course. Mobile phones, food, drink, etc are not permitted on the course.
      • Participants must declare any relevant medical information that could impact them during the activity. The SBX units emit a magnetic field that may influence pacemakers.


**Adults responsible for under 18's may supervise either while accessing the course or from the ground. Supervising Adults must be present at all times during participation
