Sessions start at 7.00pm and finish at 10.00pm.

There is small coffee shop on-site for light snacks and drinks.

All equipment is provided by the wall - harness, helmet, shoes, belay device and rope. You may bring your own equipment but it will need to be inspected by an instructor prior to session.

Wear comfortable, active clothing. If it’s cold we recommend wearing a few layers, you can always lose the layers as you warm up.

What will I be able to do once I’ve completed this course?

The aim is that once completed, you will have renewed confidence in your skills that you can access the wall as an unsupervised climber.

Next step? After some consolidation you may want to try lead climbing. If that’s the case, take a look at Learn to Lead.
